Rice whitening removes the bran layer, and the roller type shapes the result. Emery-roller whiteners (such as our JLS series) are abrasive and high-capacity, well suited to bulk whitening. Iron-roller whiteners (our JLM series) work more gently, favouring low breakage and a high head-rice yield.
