The NZJ40 is a complete turnkey plant rated 25–50 TPD at 49.75–63.75 kW, built for cooperatives and new processors. It includes the full process — cleaning, destoning, husking, separation, whitening, polishing, grading and packaging — in a compact footprint.
Because it is a single integrated line from one supplier, installation, commissioning and operator training are straightforward. Robust drives and simple controls suit regions with variable power.
It is a practical first step into commercial rice processing without the cost of a large industrial plant.
