A complete rice mill turns raw paddy into clean, polished white rice through a sequence of automated stages: pre-cleaning, destoning, husking, paddy separation, whitening, polishing, grading and packaging.
Paddy first passes a pre-cleaning sifter and a gravity destoner to remove straw, dust and stones. A pneumatic rubber-roller husker then removes the husk, and a gravity separator divides brown rice from un-husked paddy for re-circulation. Whitening and polishing produce the final appearance, before grading separates whole rice from brokens and an automatic scale bags the product.
Running the full process in one integrated line keeps yield high and quality consistent.
