Husking removes the outer hull from paddy to reveal brown rice. Pneumatic rubber-roller huskers, such as our 6NLT series, apply controlled pressure between two rubber rollers running at different speeds to shear off the husk while protecting the kernel.
The 6NLT-ES adds automatic roller change to lower labour intensity, while the 6NLT-C twin-body model runs fully automatically. Stepless pressure control keeps the husking rate high and reduces broken rice.
Good husking sets up the whole line: cleaner separation and less load on the whiteners downstream.
